I haven’t received my letter yet (need to wait 30 days, which my apartment community was ok with) but the process so far has been easy. The phone call was quick and does feel nice to speak to someone about the real issues you have and why your pup helps you through those hard times. My decision to move was quick and the need for the letter needed to be as quick, so this option felt better than actually taking the time to find my own therapist to work with and ask for the letter. I feel like this now buys me time to find someone I trust for therapy and to continue the letters if they are still needed.

The experience was good, the only thing is I paid all the money up front, but after we got the letter we got a random invoice saying we owe more money. I keep sending a message asking why, but no response. So not sure about that. So I'm waiting to here back about that
