Very good experience. The licensed therapist was kind, compassionate and understood my past experiences causing my anxiety and the need for me to have my ESA. This was a very easy process. Disappointed that I paid to expedite this service for my renewal as offered but nowhere does the site tell you that if you live in CA., It will take thirty days plus to complete as you need to meet with a therapist and wait an additional thirty days for them to complete a follow up appointment in order to submit a decision and or sign off on the request. The previous time I applied, I lived in GA and completed within 48 hours. But then moved to CA and had to meet with a therapist (which was fine and she was great) only then to find out it would take another thirty days. Paying for the expedited service should not be an option under these circumstances since no such opportunity exists. I wasted the money.
