California has specific requirements and when I found Pettable online, I looked at reviews and decided to go with them. The process was really simple and clear. There was some initial intake stuff, then I scheduled a time to speak with a doctor. Pettable walked me through each step and made it super easy. It was also very reasonable in terms of cost compared to other services. I would tell people to do it.



I was in need of an ESA and went through Pettable since it was recommended by a friend. I had an amazing experience, not having any issues along the way with the process and my therapist was very helpful with any questions I did have. I have already recommended to a friend!



Jo was personable, right on time with her phone call and very quick to send over the letter that we needed to recertify our dog. All of our belongings were lost in the flooding after Hurricane Helene and we did not have any documentation at all that was saved. Pettable gave us the "renewal" price, even though it seems we did not use them initially. Highly recommend this company.

I'm a cancer patient and I suffer from depression and anxiety. I have two cats that are very important for my emotional health. They've been with me through my cancer journey. I live alone and they're my emotional support system. I was moving into an apartment and Pettable enabled me to bring my pets with me and not have to worry about the added burden of a monthly pet rental and of a high deposit fee. They took the stress of trying to find an apartment where I could have my fur kids with me. They worked with my apartment manager and he accepted it without question. He said everything was in order and very professionally done so I've had no problems. Pettable also follows up with me. Every time you have your lease renewed, sometimes the manager requires a new letter. They're very good about reminding me about it.



I was searching for an ESA company to help combat my issues with moving into my apartment because I rely on my dog a lot. I did a little research and Pettable came up as a recommended source. I did the ESA consultation with the registered therapist and then the ESA letter. The service was good and efficient. The consultation paperwork was thorough enough to give me ballpark of what I was expecting and what their purpose was. The customer service was very responsive as well. However, it's 150 bucks for this letter and it's a little steep especially as far as the renew. More components could be included into that package (for example, a discount at local pet stores, on teeth cleanings or baths) as opposed to just the letter. Besides that, this is my second year using Pettable, and so far, so good. I've already referred them.



Pettable is good. I did all of the process online, and it was easy. Everything went smooth, and it was quick. There are some places that don't accept the ESA, but for the most part, it seemed to be helpful. I renewed it the next year.



The process was very easy and simple. When Holly reached out via phone she was really nice. She read my responses to questions I had to have prefilled out before the call so it was quick for her to determine my need for an ESA. I got the letter in a timely manner, same day, right after our phone conversation. Great experience!
