Super easy process, filled out a form, set up an appointment and got a call from a local doctor, from there it took about 3 days until we got the ESA, it came in and we sent it over to our housing, it was approved quickly and easily and we are all set up with our ESA!

Pettable didn't answer my questions. They gave me something I didn't need. All I wanted was an emotional support dog, and I got paperwork for housing. I don't need paperwork for housing. I need to have documentation showing he's an emotional support animal. I paid $250 for this horrible experience. I disclosed everything to them, all our personal information, and I didn't hear back from them. They didn't listen to what I needed. I was not happy at all.

Pettable is trustworthy and I use them for my emotional support animal because of their availability. Aside from that, their process is more simple and secure. They send me some forms for me to answer then they give me a call and ask me some questions. Some of them are similar to the form and some of them are completely different. Their reps are good and I like the way that they respect and treat us. I really enjoy their service. Also, their website is pretty easy to use and it wasn't anything too wild. I've renewed with Pettable a couple times, and their price is pretty fair even though I don't know why I didn't really get the discount after I renewed.

The reps were very nice and helpful. I was going through a tough time and they even gave me some advice on therapy and a support line. They were very caring. The service was great and I'm very thankful to have talked to them that day. I ended up not needing Pettable as much because I didn’t have to go to this rental place I was gonna rent from. But it worked for qualifying my dogs and just for that and the documents, I appreciate that. It is good to have.

Tasha was wonderful, my landlord had to have the ESA letter right away, I contacted her and instead of waiting 48 hrs she was very sweet and said I will take care of it now! So we were able to get the new house!! She even congratulated us on the new home! I see a lot of people say these are fake, it is NOT we do not have to pay a pet deposit or the monthly pet rent for our emotional support dog we love so much!!
