Our Highlights



I went to Pettable to secure an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letter, to comply with housing requirements. I have a Siberian husky, about 40 pounds, whom I adopted during the COVID period. She has become an emotional support for me, enriching my day-to-day routine.



One of my mom's coworkers recommended Pettable for an apartment move. Feeling slightly apprehensive initially, I found the process to be straightforward and simpler than expected. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would give it top marks. I'd gladly recommend it to help others as well!



After a couple of friends referred me to Pettable, I decided to explore their ESA (Emotional Support Animal) services. Having my dog always brings comfort, and with an impending apartment search, I wanted to ensure there would be no hurdles in bringing him along.



I needed to register my pet for my mental health and housing requirements. My pet, Ash, is a very small and cozy Chihuahua, who is very good for keeping me company and making sure my health needs are met and satisfied.



Pettable made the process of having my cat certified as an ESA easy. The website instructions are clear and thorough; everything is explained step by step. I quickly got an appointment to meet (virtually) with a licensed social worker who was sympathetic and very knowledgeable. The entire process from application to receipt of the certificate took around a week. I highly recommend them.



I was not pleased with your service. I never received a letter. The person I spoke was borderline rude. I would not recommend your service to anyone! I am disabled and cannot afford to pay $149 and not receive what I pay for. I will move into my new apartment September 2025 and do not have a pet letter.



I really like working with them. They have made it really easy for me to have my emotional support animal and I so appreciate the help. I wouldn’t be able to survive without my animals. I find Pettable to be accommodating and compassionate. Really glad I found them

I found this to be Very professional and helpful. However I was sent some more forms and was requested to upload a short video of my dog. I received an email for those forms at 1230 am the morning of my appointment. I felt as if those forms could have been sent to me before then so I could have had more efficient answers and an acceptable video of my dog. I had to scramble to complete those tasks while I was at work. With that being said, I would definitely recommend to others in need of this service, due to the professionalism and affordability.
