I appreciate the help, the understanding and the therapy session. I felt awkward starting this and now know I needed to. Too many animals are more important than anything else- and I know I have a necessity for them in my life, because I do not cope without them.



The process was very simple and easy! Once I made my appointment and paid my fees, the phone call with the therapist was only about 3 minutes long. My apartment complex accepted everything for both my dog and cat. I would definitely use this service again!

I went with Pettable's ESA services because I travel and camp a lot with my four dogs. It's important for me to ensure their proper registration for a hassle-free experience, especially while traveling. I was venturing out onto my own after being in a domestic partnership for nearly 15 years. My pets are my family and incredibly important for my well being- thus I was astounded at fees as I was looking into places to move to. Pettable was easy to use and FAST. My therapist was kind and understanding. Letter was delivered to me the same day. Now my pets and I are safely secured in our new home. Highly recommend!



I’ve been waiting well over 30 days for updates on my ESA letter, and I’m starting to feel like I’ve been scammed. The app shows no updates, and my chat history is completely empty. I’ve tried to be patient in case it was a technical issue, but the lack of communication and transparency is really frustrating. I had hoped this would be a legitimate and helpful service, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but disappointing. I’d caution others to do more research before using this service.
