The ease of setting an appointment was frustrating. Pettable facilitate the renewal and collected the renewal fee but I am now realizing it was not set, agreed with the therapists that the renewal period should be from the expiry of the current letter. As a consequence I lost time on both letters. I believe my renewal fee should be reduced to compensate for this.

The process is very fast and smooth.. Good experience so far and very clear direction. Scheduling also very easy and communicative, we've got the schedule that we like and We've got approved for ESA in the same week and easy process! I really hope they are coming with the app soon! Program is more expensive than I wanted to pay but I was able to get my letters quickly and effectively so I am satisfied. It is so nice to have this level of protection for him and me. I am reassured that I can return yearly to get his certification letter updated.

This company engages in deceptive advertising and should be investigated for fraudulent practices. I signed up for what I believed was an annual subscription—paying for the entire year upfront at a discounted rate, supposedly cheaper than purchasing a single ESA letter. The sign-up button read: “Yes, sign me up and save $14.99/m.” Nowhere on the website or in my online account did it clearly state that there would be a recurring monthly charge. My receipt also failed to provide any breakdown or indication of ongoing billing.

I was hesitant to try something like this but it worked well! I just leased a new house and can now have peace of mind knowing I don’t have to pay a pet deposit or pet rent for my now emotional support animals. Landlord didn’t even question the letter Pettable gave me. Worked well and the process was straightforward. Well worth it.

Super easy process and easy to talk to the doctor!! Very kind doctor as well. She listened to what I had to say, and was listening to listen not listening to wait for her chance to talk. I really appreciated the time she took and the care she took in talking to me.
