Took a while to get my letter back even though they said it would take max 48 hours. Turns out the problem was they didn’t have my pronouns but I didn’t receive any notice about that being the hold-up. Then when I did get the letter it said dogs when I have cats so I had to reach out to get that fixed. In the end, everything worked out, but it was just annoying to have to do all the back and forth.

The very large and disappointing issue I have is with the therapist that I speak with. I have now used this service for 3 years and have gotten the same therapist, Karen ** each time. Speaking with her each year fills me with anxiety. Ha which is quite ironic. She is incredibly dismissive and condescending. It is actually quite shocking that she is in the business of helping people. I legitimately feel like I am in trouble and burdening her each year. I tried to assume that maybe she was having a bad day... but the same experience has now happened 3 times.
