Very easy and quick. Had a nice call with the provider Kay. Came faster than expected and had no issues at all. Would recommend to all of my friends with animals. Ended up saving me money in the long run rather than paying the non refundable pet fee at my apartment and not having to pay pet rent.

She was great and wrote a wonderful letter. Unfortunately I'm working to get a refusal letter because they are requiring me to get an in person meeting for my letter instead of accepting the one I have. I wish I could use what she wrote. I will definitely recommend you in the future.

I’m grateful for the reminder to certify my support pet’s status! I’m renewing my lease in soon, my rent will increase incrementally but not exceedingly. The process to sign up was simple. The phone call with the doctor was on time and thorough. She asked many questions and was very kind. My letter was in my email in a few days. I like that if I was not deemed eligible for the ESA, I would get a refund.
