I have paid for the package in order to get the forms completed and have sent a message but still have not received the forms. It's been about a week now. I sent a follow up message so we will see. I just think it's weird how quickly the money is needed but then it is not followed the same with how timely I need the forms.

At first I didn't receive a phone call for my interview because the number was coming through as spam and my phone automatically declined it. Once I was finally able to talk to someone the process was smooth and I received my ESA letter, which my apartment complex accepted easily. Customer service was great and even checked in over email to make sure my problem was solved.
