The process with Pettable was straightforward and there was always someone available to assist if I had questions. I renewed my ESA certification through their website and received a confirmation email, allowing me to set up an appointment easily. The entire process took less than a week. Overall, I’d rate my experience a 4 out of 5. What impressed me the most was the simplicity and speed of the process.

From start to finish, the entire process took about two days. I filled out the necessary information online, answered some questions, chose a date to speak with a therapist, completed the payment, and had my consultation the next day.

The process involved filling out some forms and a phone meeting with a representative. The customer service experience was smooth. If a friend were to inquire, I'd describe the process as quick and easy, and yes, having an ESA for my pet makes me feel more secure. I came across Pettable when I was dealing with some issues regarding service dog training. My husband, who had dementia, had a trained service dog, but after he passed away, the airlines wouldn't accept the dog as a service animal for me. Since I'm 84 and the dog is vital to my lifestyle now that my husband is gone, I did some research and found Pettable online. I looked at what they had available and decided to reach out to them. Once I understood the website, it was very easy to deal with. Pettable was very helpful and I went through the training process.



I signed up to get my cat certified as an ESA. I completed the survey and then met with a licensed therapist, and ultimately received the letter, but I thought I was going to receive a general certification. As far as the letter, it sounded extremely generic and I suspect it was the same letter this doctor sends out to all of her clients, which was disappointing and I would think raises a red flag.



Pettable allowed me to be set up with a provider quickly who completed my ESA letter. The letter was available within 24 hours and was approved by my apartment complex. Pettable was easy to use and the price was not too expensive for the service provided.



Although I had some issues getting the payment through, my chat conversation with Leandro was fantastic. The problem was resolved very quickly. I had a conversation the next day and a day later I had my letter for emotional support dog. Of course is it is not a service dog, the status does help a lot. Liked working with this company.



It's a good feeling knowing that there are companies that have services to help people with certain needs. I would have had to give my dog away to a stranger, because I am moving to a different state. My dog Brandie is my life and he helps me to cope with certain medical issues. Thank you to all of you in the office, I sincerely appreciate what you're helping me with.



The entire process of acquiring a letter was simple and easy. The intake call to me was very fast and abrupt for the cost. The counselor barely said hello and I felt like another check off their list. To be fair, I am (or was) and I guess beggars can’t be choosers but don’t expect a conversation. Keep it light and dry.
