This training program was a great tool for training my Pug! Although she was already obedient; much of the material provided in the videos allowed us to perfect other areas of assistance. The programs were informative and easy to follow. Allowing me to save for later reference was also very helpful.

I heard about Pettable through a friend, during a time I had lost a best friend, a grandparent and a fur baby in a span of a few months of each other, on top of that I had to move because of increased housing costs, in that time frame my mental state went into an all-time low and the only being that kept my head on straight was my dog at the time Fern, who I inherited from the friend that passed. When I told a friend about how scared I was of losing her because of the move she suggested Pettable and turn Fern into an ESA animal again (she originally was an ESA to my best friend that passed away). At first, I didn't think I fit the criteria until I talked to my first point of contact at Pettable. Right at the gate the person was empathetic towards my worries of losing Fern right down to my mental state after that I knew I was in good hands.

This process has been very informative. I have found Customer Service to be very knowledgeable. Any questions or concerns that I had were addressed very quickly. This was a new process for me so I wanted to make sure that I was handling all my requirements. CS was right there for me. I have and will continue to HIGHLY recommend this company.

If it were not for Pettable, it would have taken much longer to get my Mini Goldendoodle, approved to live with me! I had not been to a regular therapist in over a year and knew that route would have taken much longer to get an approved ESA letter. However, Pettable was quick & timely in connecting me with a LOCAL Therapist who could help me with my situation! I was honestly skeptical, but Pettable was easy to work with & so helpful!

Pettable has made it possible to keep willow by my side, which in return has kept me safe and enjoying life. I am critically ill, and willow keeps me smiling, happy, calm, and facing the bad health issues with some sort of luck. It does hurt that you have to buy the additional forms due to the circumstances with the company Pet Screening for certain apartment complexes. But the services are worth it. My therapist here at Pettable is wonderful, kind, and truly understanding.

Pettable helped put me in contact with a licensed therapist who was able to certify my dog as an ESA so that it was way more affordable to give her the best life I can and enjoy mine in her company. Without Pettable, I'm not sure how things would have turned out.
