I have had some health-related trauma in the past and my pets help me. I have two. One of them helps me with social situations, talking to people and being more confident about that. I had a great experience, getting my ESA letter through Pettable. Finding their website and navigating through the website was very easy. Filling out my forms, and putting in my information only took me a few minutes. It was also very easy to schedule the time to talk with the therapist. They gave me a lot of time and date options. When the therapist called me. She was very, very nice and thorough, it only took maybe 10 minutes. After our phone call, she almost immediately sent me my ESA letter probably within 10 minutes of us talking. When I sent the letter to my apartment complex, they had absolutely no issues with it, which I was concerned about because I have a Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd mix, and most apartment complex complexes have breed restrictions. I would recommend everyone to use this website if they are looking to get an ESA letter.

I was nervous about using any online websites for getting my pet certified as an ESA.. I’ve tried my doctor and my old therapist but they couldn’t do it for me so I had to trust the internet. The Pettable site is easy to use and walks you through the entire process. The LSW I spoke with was easy to talk to. The process was easy to follow. If you need to make appointments there are several options to fit most schedules. There are several options available to purchase. I would definitely recommend.
