I needed an ESA letter for my condo complex. I had a good talk with the counselor provided and she wrote me an ESA letter HOWEVER, she wrote at the end of the letter IT IS ONLY GOOD FOR 1 YEAR!! The letter my dr wrote for my previous ESA had no expiration date. I feel that was written in so I’d have to pay for a new one every year which is ridiculous and want everyone to be aware of this.
