I did a screening with a licensed therapist at Pettable. I had to open up about certain triggers and what those make me feel. Then, I asked for a refund recently and their reps were really nice and it was really smooth. At the time, I had a hard time navigating the site to request the refund, so I’m not sure how I was supposed to go about that. I still do not appreciate the unexpected “form fee” required for extra questions. Especially after having paid $199. I think Pettable could have been more upfront about that. But all in all, I will be revising my review from 1 star to 4.
