I enjoyed how the details were passed along but at the same time didn’t take all day. I will have to check into the travel training guidelines before traveling. Fast, easy (if you already have a diagnosis), and responsive -- I signed up for the service on a Thursday or Friday, had an appointment the following Monday, and received the ESA letter that same day. There was a mistake on the letter, and the Dr. corrected it within an hour. My landlord accepted the letter as well, although I was a little worried because the email listed was "support@pettable.com." If I would make one change, it would be to switch that, but all's well that ends well.
