Pettable seemed legit. A very safe route. Also, their website interface is a lot better than any others that I looked at. If I needed help with something, I was gotten back to fast by people from Pettable. And the little layout of the ESA letter looked more professional than the other ones that I saw. I have an ESA letter for two cats. Because my apartment has a pet screening thing, it needed to be verified by the therapist. So, I paid a little extra to have her verify everything and confirm that everything was legitimate.

Blue and I are learning a lot! We are taking it slowly as he is a rescue and somewhat leery of new things. However, I am so proud of him! When I needed to add one more cat, they were able to do it in less than 24 hrs!! Will be using again for my babies. There was an initial issue after paying for my renewal, where the renewal scheduling wasn't available. The ticket I made was replied to within 24 hours though, and the issue was resolved. I would definitely suggest pettable to anyone looking to get an ESA letter.
