When looking into the process of applying for the Emotional Support paperwork, I was concerned about the potential difficulties involved. The process for getting approved was smooth and easy and very quick. The interview was to the point and was informed that I was approved before we ended the call. Highly recommend this company when involving getting your pet qualified as an Emotional Support Animal. This helped me immensely with getting my rent lowered. Again process was flawless.



Not a good company at all. They take your money and promise a letter. Still don't have a letter and I've lost the cat at the shelter. Go and see a real therapist that specializes in emotional support needs. There are no shortcuts and you will get ripped off.



I was a bit skeptical of getting a letter for my ESA (dog) online, but since there were good review, I gave it a shot. I’m so glad I did! The process was straightforward and quick. My therapist was also very kind and easy to talk to (for the short time you do talk). Would recommend, especially if you are short on time.



I’m extremely happy w my doctor and renewing my service animal letter. I’m not happy about Pettable placing legal wording all over my service letter. I understand the laws and so do other people I need to show this letter to. These instructions or legal wording should be on a separate document. Make the client acknowledge the legal wording on separate documents not on the service letter. Thank you.
