Michelle ** is amazing. She made an appt. for me ASAP when I wasn’t seeing any availability online. She’s thoughtful, caring and thorough. She did my initial letter and also a renewal. She covered everything I needed for my apartment and sent my letter within two days. Will use her again.

Everything was super easy to set up and understand. Setting up my appointment with them was super simple. Receiving the paperwork or anything else that needed to be done was super easy through the portal. Everyone is super helpful and they respond super quick. I believe it was a good idea and that many people should use this service! Our furry friends help get us through and we should not be separated. The therapist I spoke with was very nice and understanding about my situation and made the process very easy. I was super anxious about the interview but I was nervous about the practitioner being judgmental. Marcy ** was who I consulted with and they were magnificent. I got an invoice for an additional fee because my apartment requested verification forms and it took me a few days to pay, Marcy did not harass me for it. Very accommodating. Amazing simple phone interview. Comforting staff and helpful technical support.

My counselor I spoke to had an attitude as soon as I answered her phone. When I told her what was going on with my paperwork she was unhelpful and rude. Other than the counselor everything else is great. Customer support is helpful and gets back to you in a timely manner.
