Honestly, you guys were great. My situation was different and took some rearranging to get my mom an ESA letter, but your staff were excellent in helping me get it done. The only problem is I got charged twice for the letter which isn't surprising after all the changes your staff made for me. I'm hoping to get the duplicate reimbursed.

I was getting an apartment and I liked the perks of having a dog with ESA services. Website was hard to use. I had started out as household pet and changed to assistance pet. I wasn't approved so I tried to switch back to household. After finally getting ahold of my doctor, I tried to switch back to assistance animal and the system was not user friendly when trying to do this. I did reach out for help and received instructions on how to do this.
