They inform you. You take a quick test and then they make an appointment over the phone or video for you. You do a quick interview and then they quickly sent me the document. It's so nice to have this done and ready. It's one less thing to worry or stress about. Thank you!



I thought the whole point of this was to get a letter and to also be assessed at the same time. When I spoke with the physician she mentioned to me that in order for this letter to be valid I still have to get clinically diagnosed from my own therapist. I don’t understand the point of this. If my therapist can give me the letter I would go through them, the process takes too long through them, which is why I went through this program.



Pettable was one of the top search results and their service seemed straightforward and easy to use. I got Emotional Support Animal (ESA) documents for my dogs for the place we live in. The interaction was mostly online, and I only spoke with the doctor or therapist during the setup appointment. The process was smooth and easy.



Lauren ** was kind and considerate during our consultation. She let me know my privacy was protected, gave me an ETA for my letter, and made sure I didn't have any unanswered questions before we ended our call. This is my 1st renewal and each time has been quick and painless so far.



I used Pettable's ESA service, hoping to get an ESA letter that I could use for my apartment. Unfortunately, my apartment wouldn't accept the letter. This left me feeling like I paid for nothing, which was very disappointing. While the customer service reps were pleasant to talk to on the phone, I still felt like I got scammed. Overall, the experience was frustrating because the service did not fulfill its intended purpose for me.



Rep was extremely nice. She listened to every word I said and never interrupted. She was kind, understanding and very knowledgeable. She was also accommodating as well as punctual. I would recommend the company to anyone. I think the fee is a bit high and could be lowered a bit or at least have an expiration of more than just a year for the price paid. Other than that no complaints.



I was very anxious when I learned I would have to schedule an appointment with a mental health professional. However, the therapist put me at ease immediately and the visit was quite nice. In my state, I have a 30-day waiting period so I have not received my certificate yet but I am confident it will be satisfactory.



My therapist was so kind and made this a really positive experience. I was very nervous, having never done this before, but she was very sweet and gave me a great letter that I will use with my upcoming move. Thank you so much for providing this amazing service and therapist!



Overall service is wonderful, but clinician was not kind. She continued to asked questions, and then in the middle of answering she would cut me off or speak over me. She made me feel very insecure about my struggles, and made me feel like she was approving my letter just to do me a favor and get on with her day. I love Pettable, but they need to be mindful of their clinicians and the way they approach delicate conversations.
