The application process was simple and efficient, and the forms straight forward and easy to complete. Upon submission of the forms, you are assigned a therapist and given several dates and times at your convenience to receive a phone call. The call with the therapist was straightforward and lasted about 10 minutes. They just asked a couple of clarifying questions about the answers given on the application. Very simple and easy process.

Pettable was the company our apartment complex partnered with and I saw that the ESA was a service provided by them, so we went with it. We were paying a monthly through the apartment, but we won't be needing the services anymore since we've moved out.

I messaged the organization twice to ask about receiving a letter and whether I was supposed to be scheduling appointments. No one ever responded. If I had realized I just passed the 7 day warranty for a full refund I would have asked a refund. I have been left confused and alone. Insufficient communication and support.

I recently decided to use Pettable for their ESA services as I needed certification for my emotional support animal, especially since I'm moving to a new apartment. The process of getting started with them was quite smooth, and the customer service was very responsive and helpful in providing what I needed. However, I do have a complaint. There were recurring charges included in the package for mental health consultations that I didn't need or use. This was not clearly communicated, leading to unexpected charges. As a result, I chose to discontinue the service.
