Since I didn’t know where to start, I sent a message specifically asking about a PSD and the PSD letter. Which plan do I need to buy? Instead of getting the answer, I was sent a link with all the plans. I had to chat back and forth while I am looking at the plan info and when I questioned the answers I was told that the info given me was wrong. I used the chat button and I got another associate that couldn’t answer my question. They were answering questions that were not asked, couldn’t tell me specifically what plan I needed and told me I didn’t need a PSD letter.
