The therapist demonstrated great compassion and diligence. Also, when I didn't answer the phone and accidentally sent her to voice mail, she left a voice message, texted me, and called me right back. It was a very pleasant experience.

The appointment with my certified therapist was great and she helped me know what to do with the letter once I got it! Would recommend.
