Our Highlights



The process was smooth. A lot of forms were sent before the scheduled appointment with a licensed health provider. The session was short but related to the answers that you provided on the forms. The ESA letter was sent in less than 48 hours and showed the credentials of the health provider.



I am so happy that this is the company I chose to go through to get my puppy registered. Not only was it quick and easy I felt heard and was offered help finding a local therapist. I would recommend to anyone interested in getting their pet registered. The only thing I wish is that they offered an ID card or even a dog tag to purchase.



I got my cat for an emotional support animal, but I never registered her. I was getting an apartment, and they let me know that if she was registered as an emotional support animal, I wouldn't pay the pet's fee. I went with Pettable and everything was easy, fast and clear. I needed an ESA for my apartment complex originally, and I was able to get one from Pettable so I can keep my animal at my complex. Their rep was very good. Our interaction was very quick, very professional, and very easy.



The process at Pettable was super easy. It took 10 minutes. Their customer service was nice.



Straightforward procedure with an option of annual renewal with a monthly payment and that allows you to never run out off your coverage. More serious procedure with interviews and serious procedures of interaction between applicant and the pet. The only suggestion is to add tags identifying the pet and owner so we don't have to carry the letter/document everywhere you got to show.



I was looking up the best place to get my pet registered as an ESA in Google and I saw Pettable come up on Instagram. The process was easy and took less than a week. I submitted my request and filled out a survey over my mental health. I had a psych practitioner reach out to me and I talked to her and she sent my documentation over after evaluating me. The lady I spoke to was great and came back to me quickly. If I had any questions, she messaged me back and was super nice on the phone whenever I talked to her. Pettable helped me receive my ESA that I needed and was not stressful.



I felt as though they were very accommodating because I had a very tight time window and they were very understanding of my situation and how important my dog is to my well-being. Being a caretaker for a spouse with Lewy body dementia is very stressful and requires you to be responsible for nearly everything, including the well-being of your loved one. Without Hobbs I wouldn’t be able to do it. Hobbs is an amazing support animal for both me and my husband.
