The whole experience was fantastic! All my questions were answered quickly. The process was easy and not having to leave my home due to my high anxiety was very nice. This was my second time with Pettable and it’s comforting to know that my furry companion and I will not have to face any discrimination wherever we choose to live.

Went smoothly and Gina was interesting to speak to. I think she understood my needs and reacted appropriately in the letter. We discussed the ways in which pets could be supportive in life and she shared heart felt. All in all I enjoyed her interviewing me. We both enjoy the companionship that animals bring.

This was a bit scary for me but once I received the phone call, I was less nervous. I felt very comfortable to discuss my situation. Once I completed my session, It was a fairly easy process after that which is great. I was very relieved to have this help with ease.

Had to pay up more because of some landlord issues or whatever. The payment plan isn’t fully explained either but I figured out after they charged me for the service that they will continue to charge me for the months to come in order to make their bundle “cheaper”. They have yet to send me the Amazon gift card and have yet to respond to my email concerning the matter. All in all I am happy that my disabled self can still be with my ESAs when all other doctors just thought I was being rather silly about the whole ordeal.

Super fast! Had my letter within a hour of doing a call and was accepted the same day even when I needed extra papers. Customer service was great and there to help me when I couldn’t figure out how to purchase the extra paper package. Would recommend to a friend.
