The training followed a logical sequence and increased in difficulty. The support materials/links were also helpful. More FAQ's or opportunity to ask training related questions could only enhance the experience.

Love that they give you access to actual therapists to help with accommodations. Dr. Gina **, LPC was wonderful and she gets 5 stars. Only reason my overall is 4 stars is because she wasn't the first one assigned to me. My first one had an emergency shortly before our appointment and all I got was an email saying our appointment was canceled with no explanation. Stressed out and emotional, my husband called for me. Albeit not Pettable's fault for the emergency, but they should be calling us not the other way around. They did manage to get me right in with Dr. **, so that my world didn't unravel.
